1. Pay the security deposit for the space that you want to occupy, and fill out a Credit Application (PDF*).
2. Sign the Leasing Contract (PDF*) that you and our agent agreed on, and pay the first month of rent
3. Pay $25 for the key deposit.
4. Finally, we have a New Phone System (PDF*) being installed for our tenants.
