Pay My RentHolden Properties has made an arrangement with RBC Centura, which will give you the ability to pay your rent without writing a check. Click below for the Authorization Agreement* to enroll. Please return the completed agreement, with copy of a voided check, to the Holden Properties office no later than June 15, 2007. Your account will be debited for your full rental amount on the 2nd of every month, beginning July 2, 2007. Please make sure adequate funds are available. An NSF charge of $25.00 will be charged by Holden Properties if there is not sufficient monies to cover your rent. Additionally, late fees defined in your lease agreement, will apply. Credit cards will not be accepted. Once this agreement is in place, it will continue until we are notified by you to stop the automatic transfer, or your lease terminates. Should you choose to discontinue this arrangement, this service will not be available again for a one year period. We are excited to offer this service to our valuable tenants.
